The OG, All Grown Up: Our Lemonade Iced Tea for Halloween

Before Halloween was costumes and candy bowls and trying to parallel park near a neighborhood with good decorations, it was simpler than that. It was a folding table, a hand-lettered sign, and a pitcher of lemonade that tasted like summer wasn’t quite ready to let go. Everyone had a version of that memory. Ours just happens to come in a can now.
Our Lemonade Iced Tea is the OG of the Stigma lineup — the one we built first, the one that’s still the easiest answer to “what should I try.” Real tea, real lemonade, 10mg THC, nothing dressed up or complicated about it. It’s the classic, elevated — which, this time of year, feels like exactly the right kind of pun to lean into.
Why it’s the right can for Halloween specifically. Halloween parties have a strange gravity to them — everyone’s dressed up, the usual small talk gets a built-in icebreaker (“what are you supposed to be?”), and the whole night has a looseness that other fall gatherings don’t quite have. A tart, familiar lemonade tea fits that night better than you’d expect: nostalgic enough to feel like a treat, light enough that it’s not competing with the bowl of candy on the counter.
Pour it properly, and it does some of the hosting for you. There’s something about watching a can get poured into an actual glass — the color, the slight fizz settling, the fact that it looks like something someone made rather than something someone grabbed. If you’re hosting this year, skip serving straight from the can for at least the first round. A pitcher or a few glasses on the counter turns “we have hemp drinks here” into an actual part of the spread, not an afterthought next to the seltzer.
A few ways we’d work it into the night:
• The welcome drink. Have it poured and ready by the door instead of asking people what they want — it’s familiar enough that almost nobody turns it down, and it skips the awkward first-five-minutes shuffle of figuring out the bar.
• The pumpkin carving pregame. Something about a porch, a few pumpkins, and a cold glass of this before the actual party starts just works. Low-key, easy, gets everyone settled before the chaos of trick-or-treaters or guests arriving.
• The “I’m not really a candy person” answer. Not everyone’s there for the sugar. A cold glass is a genuinely good alternative to hand someone who’s eyeing the drink table instead of the candy bowl.
The through-line, honestly, is that it doesn’t try too hard. Halloween already brings enough theatrics — the costumes, the decorations, the whole performance of the night. The drink doesn’t need to compete with any of that. It just needs to be good, familiar, and the kind of thing people reach for a second time without thinking about it.
That’s really what “OG” means to us. Not the flashiest can in the lineup, not the one with the most going on — just the one that’s been right since day one, dressed up a little differently depending on the season, but never needing to change what it actually is.
Pour it cold, pour it into something nice, and let the rest of the night be as weird and fun as Halloween always is.
