I cannot live without these! I have had more pronounced sleep issues since the dumpster fire that was 2020. The Stigma cbd gel caps are a life saver. They help me relax AND ease my TMJ and back spasm issues. I keep a bottle in my backpack and by my bed. They relax me for hours, are portable and I have turned my son onto them for his anxiety.
