I used half dosage and the ability to fall back to sleep was much easier. No grogginess in the early am and it felt like I had better quality sleep. I work from 4am to 2:30 m-th. Some weeks are worse than others so this will help.

I will order no more sleep gummies until you fix your packaging. It is much too small to hold the contents, very difficult to open and close, and the gummies are smashed together - sometimes they meld together and do not separate into 2 full sized gummies.
